I haven’t been eating very many greens, but I have been making a lot of smoothies - so I decided to try making my own green smoothie. It was absolutely delicious, which honestly surprised me because I didn’t know what to put in it - I just kind of kept adding things that were laying around my kitchen:

Green Smoothie

5 oz Kale
1 banana
10 blueberries
1 kiwi
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/2 tbsp honey or coconut syrup

  • Wash and chop ingredients if needed.
  • Put ingredients in blender.
  • Blend.
  • Pour into a glass or jar.
